a place of

Intellectual rigour: Constellations sit within an important intellectual tradition that needs to be understood as part of the Constellator’s tradecraft. All our work at the Constellations Academy is underpinned by it.

Therapeutic Skill: We work to the very highest therapeutic standards, establishing a frame in which issue-holders, representatives and those in the circle feel the level of safety required to do deep work.

Innovation: Constellations is an evolving practice. Through research and interdisciplinary investigation, we are constantly expanding our work and trying new solutions.

Community: Beneath all of our work are the relationships between the people involved in it, students, teachers, clients, administrators and partners. The Academy thrives on the friendliness and trust in those relationships.

Offering world class Constellations training to

Psychotherapists & Health professionals: who wish to add an innovative systemic dimension to their work with individual clients.

Consultants: looking for new tools to expand the range of solutions they can offer to organisations.

Creatives: who are seaking to release new sources of inspiration.

Professionals: who for the sake of their own development are hungry for innovative means of expanding their practice.

Individuals: with a curiosity about the world’s deeper movements who are eager for a new way of seeing things.

Three training options

1. Attending an Introductory Weekend only. This is aimed at people who would like to get a good general overview of how to work with Constellations. All training takes place in a group setting.

2. Attending an Introductory Weekend plus further modules at will, but not the whole course. This is for those who would like to explore specific themes, such as working with Constellations in a creative capacity.

3. Attending an Introductory Weekend plus all further modules in the year. This option represents a full First Year training. It is for those who plan to go on to do the Second Year, and eventually run Constellations workshops of their own. The benefits for those signing up for the full year include 1:1 supervision, online resources, peer group work and a certificate.

You will learn

Principles: you will understand the principles firstly made known by Bert
Hellinger and more recently extended by others.

Phenomenology: you will hone the capacity to facilitate a constellation
without preconception or prejudice.

Presence: you will remain contemplative and centred during the process so
that you don’t miss what emerges in the constellation.

Future

We are seeking over time to develop a family of like-minded people of different ages and backgrounds, all of whom are committed, through Constellations and its offshoots, to finding order among chaos.

Sex, Love and Relationships : CORE MODULE 1 - 28th/29th January 2017

For many individuals these topics are endlessly mysterious, compelling and engaging. Constellations work highly respects the connection created through our most intimate encounters and as Bert Hellinger himself said ‘The spirit is willing but the flesh is wise’.

This module can be experienced either as a one-off if you have already attended an introductory weekend, or as part of a series of modules that build towards an in-depth training.

Money and Resources : CORE MODULE 2 - 18th/19th March 2017

When people struggle with money (and resources) they often either have challenges either acquiring it, using/investing it or embracing its secret exchange. The physical element of money is benign but the emotional associations and historical context within an individual’s family of origin are often not e.g.  the pain and shame of poverty or the obligation and control that can accompany trust funds.

This module can be experienced either as a one-off if you have already attended an introductory weekend, or as part of a series of modules that build towards an in-depth training.

Work & Creativity : CORE MODULE 3 - 13th/14th May 2017

We spend more time either at work or engaged with work than we do any other activity so it is an essential part of our health and happiness. Most people want to feel a vibrant connection to their creativity in whatever form their work takes whether they are writing a novel/screenplay, creating an art work, evolving a business idea or innovating a process. The creative flow, a little like our sexual energy, is potent, mysterious and captivating and yet we can’t manifest our creativity or do our work alone, instead we need to be in good relationship with our colleagues, our clients/customers and many others.

This module can be experienced either as a one-off if you have already attended an introductory weekend, or as part of a series of modules that build towards an in-depth training.

Body Talk : CORE MODULE - 24th/25th June 2017

Body Talk: Listening to the transgenerational messages of the physical body.
A strong body and a zest for life are two of the foundations of happiness. But what happens if a family system’s entanglements and exclusions remain unattended to and in fact become increasingly weighty and urgent? Answer: eventually someone in the family develops physical symptoms. We know that there are many different causes of disease in modern life but the extent to which an individual’s body is able to defend against these factors, or align with the treatments provided by modern medicine or complementary therapy or in fact heal itself is often supported by constellation work.

This module can be experienced either as a one-off if you have already attended an introductory weekend, or as part of a series of modules that build towards an in-depth training.

Fulfilling your Life Potential : CORE MODULE 5 - 22nd/23rd July 2017

Fulfilling your Life Potential: Often an individual feels that, despite all their good efforts, they are not really fulfilling their life potential. They feel sluggish, blocked or disheartened.  Constellation Work helps the individual to have a much wider systemic view of their current challenges and opens up new pathways that extend beyond their initial challenge.

This module can be experienced either as a one-off if you have already attended an introductory weekend, or as part of a series of modules that build towards an in-depth training.
